Lash Extension Policies ✨ Appointments Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive on time with clean lashes free of makeup, mascara, oils, and strip lash glue. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward your service total. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations outside the policy or no-shows. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit. Late Policy Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment or receive a modified service, depending on the remaining appointment time. Late arrivals may be subject to a late fee. No-Show Policy Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Future appointments may require full payment in advance. Fills Fill appointments must be booked within 2–3 weeks of your previous appointment and require at least 40–50% of your lash extensions remaining. If fewer lashes remain, your appointment may be charged as a full set. Guests To maintain a relaxing and safe environment, please do not bring children or additional guests unless they are receiving a service. Refund Policy Due to the nature of the service, no refunds are provided. If you experience any issues with your lash extensions, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess the situation and, if appropriate, schedule a complimentary touch-up. Health & Safety Please inform your lash artist of any eye conditions, allergies, recent eye procedures, or sensitivities before your appointment. Services may be declined if they could compromise your eye health or safety. Aftercare Proper aftercare is essential for the longevity of your lash extensions. Follow all aftercare instructions, including daily cleansing with a lash-safe cleanser and avoiding oil-based products around the eyes.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
